Link Boards are very simply a page with everyones links on it. When the search engine spiders crawl Medieval Hits, it will see all of your links and go crawl your site too. This is great for SEO. Even better is a link back from your site to Medieval Hits.
This strategy only works if it is your site and not an affiliate site.
In my opinion, you should all have your own domain anyway. Fill your site with splash pages (with lead capture) to each of the affiliate sites you are promoting. Set up your autoresponder and promote those splash pages.
