Tip: Spreading Your Advertising Around
Critical:
Any of you who have been with me for a while, know that I am the first one to say, join as many different exchanges as you have time to keep your membership active at, but!
With the barrage of new exchanges popping up everywhere, we need to keep in mind that they are new and small. Be careful not to spend to much time with them. Yes it is easy to win their contests, and there is nothing wrong with that, but don't expect a lot of response from the small memberships there.
My Strategy I join as many new exchanges as I have time to get to.
I add 1 site to those exchanges, so that my credits don't just all get eaten away by the same handful of members. Later, I will add another site (or change the first one if I can't pause it) and another, and another, etc.... Over time, their membership will grow as will the number of sites I have installed there, thus exposing their membership to all of my opportunities without dumping it all on them at once. It is a little different strategy than I use on the big exchanges. These new exchanges are also easy to promote, as no one has seen it yet. Build your team by promoting these smaller exchanges. (Everyone already knows about I Love Hits). This brings up another point. I will not Join an exchange if I do not have the right to email my team. Despite all of the marketing tools available today, email marketing still remains the most productive. We have all heard it a million times, the money is in the list. Traffic exchanges offer you the ability to grow your list. An excellent starting point for your list building.
