	Member Agreement Terms of Service TOS Last updated: 2008-08-28 ------------------------------------------------------------------- As a Member of the Medieval Hits I request that the administrators do NOT give out any of my submitted personal information for any reason. I do, however agree, and would expect, my information to be shared with other traffic exchange admin's, for security reasons, in the event that I have cheated, or broken the more severe conditions as outlined below. You are required to join using your real name ------------------------------------------------------------------- Advertising with us In order to provide a safe place for people to view advertisements, Admin reserves the right to limit the types of ads submitted No Inappropriate URL's Those that pop up windows, malicious or annoying JavaScript or code, viruses, offensive material, dialer/software, install prompts, adult content, illegal content, hacking sites, frame breaking, inflammatory or defamatory content or anything that stops or slows the surf timer. No Google ads by order of Google No popup, pop under's, exit ads, or message boxes allowed. Basically, nothing that requires clicking to advance the surf. No sound or video, without a pause button I find it unprofessional to make the viewer listen or watch. Also Your fellow surfers don't like it. Rotators are allowed for upgraded members only. View membership levels Be aware that you are responsible for the content. While admin understands that sometimes it's not your fault Frequent violations of the rules, whether your fault or not, will result in your disqualification of the use of rotators and may even result in your account being suspended or even cancelled. First infraction will result in the site being removed and a notice sent. A second infraction will result in the member not being allowed to use rotators on the Medieval Hits site. If in doubt of the 'acceptability' of a site I will contact the Administrators Prior to setting it up. I also understand that doing so may result in my Membership on the Traffic Site being terminated without warning which will result in the loss of any and all credits, referrals, prizes and upgrades I may have accumulated, either by purchase or win. If caught cheating in any way I accept and deserve to have my membership cancelled, my sites/banners deleted and forfeit any and all credits, referrals and upgrades I may have earned or won. Its only right after all. Administration of Medieval Hits reserves the right to remove any site or member on a case by case situation. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Activity Requirements I also understand that the speed of all Traffic Sites can be effected by the number of sites in the Database. Should my account show less than 20 pages surfed/week for a period of more than 4 weeks in a row, the administrators will set my account to "pause" and a letter notifying the member of this status will be sent. As soon as you do surf 20 pages, your account will be reactivated (next day). After 60 days of inactivity the administration will set your account to "inactive" and you will need to reply to the email notice to reactivate the account. After 90 days of inactivity the administration will remove your account to keep the database clean, active member surfing at the best possible speed. All credits,upgrades and referrals will be lost and your ip and email will be banned. The only way you will be allowed back into the Kingdom will be as an upgraded member. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Email Yahoo, AOL, and Comcast addresses are not allowed I further agree that I will be using a email address that does NOT lead to a non-existent email account or a "catch all" account that will fill up and bounce emails. I further understand that I, should emails sent to me bounce, accept that I will likely have my account set to inactive, and eventually deleted, and lose any credits, referrals, prizes, and membership upgrades that I may have earned or won. This includes vacation responses and auto responders -- Don't do it! It is okay with me if the Administrators of Medieval Hits send me the occasional email if they have news or something they feel is worth my consideration. I understand that the Administrators will not abuse this, and emails will be kept to a minimum. I agree that I will ONLY email my Direct Referrals once per week and that I will NEVER send material that may be offensive to them. If I do, then you are welcome to remove my account. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Other You may only have 1 account. Attempts at creating more will result in termination of all accounts and a ban placed on your email addresses, and ip's Currency used is US dollars only Medieval Hits is not responsible for any server outages caused by upgrades, resets, maintenance, etc… You may promote your referral url anywhere, but the NO SPAM law is strictly enforced. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Earnings Disclaimer Our website, information and services, or those advertised on our site, are not provided as a business opportunity or "get rich quick scheme."
